The MNLA leader Bilal Ag Acherif, founder Iyad Ag Ghaly Ansar Dine, MUJAO leader Ould Cherif Attaher, who is also known as Cherif Tahar Ould and Alghabasse Ag Intalla.Bamako (Reuters)-the Prosecutor of Mali on Friday said they had issued an international arrest warrant for the guerrilla group leaders who seized the northern part of the country and is now a target of military intervention led by France.
"The alleged Crimes to them, among others, terrorism, war crimes, penghasutan, crimes against State security and territorial integrity through war, the use of weapons illegally, looting and destruction of society, crime, race religion and international drug trafficking," they said in a statement read on government television.
The warrants target the National Liberation Movement of Azawad (MNLA), a group of Mali's plunging into chaos in January 2012 when launched a rebellion to establish an independent State for the Tuareg, the people of North Africa, which were traditionally nomads and have long complained of being marginalized by the

They also target Al Qaeda groups in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), the movement for unity and Jihad in West Africa (MUJAO) and Ansar (defender of the faith) Dine, who hijacked the guerrillas to seize control of the MNLA North before arriving troops led France.
The list includes the MNLA leader Bilal Ag Acherif, founder Iyad Ag Ghaly Ansar Dine, MUJAO leader Ould Cherif Attaher, who is also known as Cherif Tahar Ould and Alghabasse Ag Intalla, a descendant of a prominent Tuareg family recently broke up with Ansar Dine to form the splinter group the Islamic movement of Azawad (MIA).
