"The alleged Crimes to them, among others, terrorism, war crimes, penghasutan, crimes against State security and territorial integrity through war, the use of weapons illegally, looting and destruction of society, crime, race religion and international drug trafficking," they said in a statement read on government television.
The warrants target the National Liberation Movement of Azawad (MNLA), a group of Mali's plunging into chaos in January 2012 when launched a rebellion to establish an independent State for the Tuareg, the people of North Africa, which were traditionally nomads and have long complained of being marginalized by the
