Space defense forces have received instructions to deal with the problem and have a plan to protect Russia from the Space Explorer, said the Commander of the Western military aviation General Igor Makushev told reporters in the city of Voronezh, Central Russia.
Makushev visit the Voronezh to examine one of the air base in the region, said Russia media as reported by Xinhua.
He issued a statement, following a single scientific conference in Moscow that discuss meteorites strike on Friday (15/2) in several major cities in the Ural mountains.
As many as 1,200 people injured due to the explosion and destroys the meteorite glass-glass.
Lidia Rykhlova, scientists in space, Russia Academy of Sciences Monday, say to build anti-penlindung meteorite needed funds by as much as two billion u.s. dollars.
He said the draft of the federal program to create a protective anti-meteor has been approved by Russia's Space Agency Roscosmos, and presented to the Deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Rogozin.
