Washington (Reuters)-Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), which is the leading group of Al-Qaida in Iraq declared as perpetrators of a wave of bombings, which menyasar the Shiites in Baghdad and killed at least 21 people on Sunday.

Three car bombs struck the slums of Sadr City in the North of the city, a car bomb exploded in the Al-Ameen, Husseiniyah and Kamaliyah in the East, while a roadside bomb exploded in Karrada in central Baghdad, said the security officers and medical.

Another roadside bomb exploded in the Saidiyah in southern the capital. So reported the AFP-Afp, monitored here on Monday.

The Group of Al-Qaida leader widely seen as weaker than during the height of sectarian bloodshed in Iraq from 2006 to 2008, but is still able to perform attacks that inflict mass casualties on a regular basis.
