The coast guard rescue of refugees Syria Italy

quota Rome (News and Us)-Italy's coast guard rescued dozens of refugees Wednesday, Syria including a boy who appeared to be wounded in the war, in a group of 70 migrants were found on a fishing boat broke down off the coast of the southern tip of Italy.

The boy, who was traveling with her mother, has a scar on his neck, said ANSA news agency report, quoting officials in the region of Calabria.


The report did not say where the ship was set off.


Most of the people on board the float that is a citizen of Syria, but there are also coming from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Eritrea and Pakistan.


They were taken to a temporary shelter in the town of Roccella Jonica.


Thousands of migrants are not refugees and berdokumen landed on the beaches of Italy every year, often crossing the Mediterranean fishing vessel brittle from North Africa or Turkey, reports AFP.

Lebanon asked for help to handle refugees Syria

Beirut (Reuters)-Lebanese Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour issued an appeal to the UN Security Council and Arab countries to provide assistance for refugees in Lebanon, Syria.

In an interview with Voice of Lebanon radio, Abou Faour, Sunday delivered a deep concern about the prospects of Syria refugees whose number has reached the figure of half a million.

However Faour firmly said that the Lebanese Government's ability to act has gone beyond limits, Xinhua said.

Currently, more than 357.000 refugees reside in Lebanon, Syria, and most recently UNITED NATIONS statistical data.

In December 2012, Lebanon has asked donor countries to provide international financial package amounting to 370 million u.s. dollars in order to help him to give assistance to refugees that Syria ditampungnya.
