France cover graduate school killings of opposition figures

Paris (Reuters)-France, Paris time, on Thursday ordered the closure of the country's 10 schools across Tunisia and called for its members to be more vigilant after Chokri Belaid, a major opposition figure were killed Wednesday.

In a written statement on the official website of the Embassy of France in Tunisia, said that France's school in the country will not move or close on the Friday and Saturday following an upsurge in violence concerns after the murder occurred extremely compact opposed-Belaid.

France Foreign Ministry also give recommendations to its members and awareness away from any demonstrations action especially in places that are prone to conflict and sensitive.

Chokri Belaid, Patriot of the Democratic Party Secretary General, was shot in the head and neck while he was outside his home.

The killing was the first major murder incident happened in Tunisia since former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali deposed in early 2011.

The death sparked massive demonstrations Belaid across the country in North Africa.
