ORLANDO, Florida - the family of a SeaWorld Orlando trainer, who was killed by a whale during a show asked a federal judge to retain images of the death of the wife to be released.
The Orlando Sentinel reported that of Dawn Brancheau (bran-CHOH') want husband, mother, brother and sister to keep the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration publicly unblock copies of videos or photographs showing the death or efforts to revive her. Also the family does not want images displayed in public at a hearing on September 19.
At the hearing, SeaWorld will challenge the findings of the investigation of six months of the Agency on the death of Brancheau.
When died on February 24, 2010, during a show featuring Tilikum, a killer whale.
Counsel for the family said releasing the images would be without utilities.
