Jerusalem (Reuters)-Palestinian children, who were arrested, Israel's army was subjected to persecution and widespread organized, that is unlawful, says UNICEF report of national on Wednesday.
Children's Fund, the United Nations (UNICEF) estimated 700 Palestinian children aged 12-17, most of the men, captured, examined and detained soldiers, police and the Israel Security Agency each year in the West Bank seat.

"A pattern of mistreatment that included closing the eyes of kids and tying their hands with plastic, punch and rebuke during a trip to the place of examination, including the use of painful restraint," the report said.
He says, the children, most of them were arrested for throwing stones, experience of violence and threats during the review, was forced to confess and have no way of directly to lawyers or families during the inspection.
"The treatment is incompatible with the rights of children continued for the Court, including chaining children, refused bail and wearing a jail sentence and send the kids outside the Palestinian territories to undergo the punishment stand in the region of Israel," the report said.
