But with the United States experience unfilled 9.1 percent unemployment, and many jobs in the technical field, our challenges are clear.
We see an acute human resources challenge in the energy sector alone. According to the National Petroleum Council the number of persons exceeds the entitlement to pension, the number of people in the industry. The U.S. energy employees must be complemented, meet the growing worldwide demand for energy.
And yet, the national assessment of educational progress reports that about 75 percent of the students of our nation, not in mathematics are completed they are 12 degrees, as the primary driver of economy of the United States in STEM fields. In fact, you are competing U.S. Department of labor projects, to need which 15 20 science successful on the fastest growing professions in 2014 or mathematics skills for the jobs.

The formation of partnerships, complementary resources, expertise and resources to help can be used a competitive workforce back economic prosperity in the United States for the 21st century, in the short term to unemployment solve and our nation competitive in the long term.
