YORK, PA. -a defence counsel, says Russian 7-year-old boy adopted by a couple of Pennsylvania had many psychological disorders and could have caused injuries that led to his death.
Attorney Gerald Lord represents Nanette Craver. She and her husband, Michael Craver, are accused of murder in the death of their son Nathaniel 2009.
The autopsy found the boy was emaciated and had sustained injuries more than 80.
The York Dispatch newspaper reported (http://bit.ly/oywbev) that during the trial Friday, said Lord Nathaniel suffered serious brain damage in Russia after neglected at a hospital and an orphanage.
Five of the preschool teachers of Nathaniel also testified Friday. They said that it seemed to be always happy to see her mother when she him picked up and she is concerned for his well-being.
