Published September 10, 2011| Associated Press

SHANKSVILLE, Pennsylvania - crowds of collection for the inauguration of the Memorial of United Flight 93 in Pennsylvania have been slowed by weather traffic jams, muddy conditions and safety rules, but have nevertheless been happy as they arrive.

Minor flooding near the site and problems with parked vehicles find themselves in the mud created a backup of traffic miles from long Saturday in the latest national park of the nation. Vendors sell flags along the road leading to the memorial near Shanksville, but security workers have kept these flags and a few large banners on the site if they cannot be removed from their long sticks or personal, which is considered a risk security.

The ceremony will remember the 40 passengers and crew who died when some fought the hijackers for control of the aircraft. It marks the first stage of the Memorial of $ 62 million.
