Southwest flight diverted to the passenger suspected

NASHVILLE, Tennessee - flight A Southwest Airlines bound for Baltimore was diverted to Nashville on Saturday after a passenger displays "suspicious behaviour", and a suspicious item was found, the Tennessean reported.

Spokesperson for Southwest airline companies that Chris Mainz said flight 1307, which was to land at Baltimore at 2: 40 p.m. E.T., was hijacked because the crew "witness behavior suspect specifically to a passenger on board."

"" The FBI Assistant Special Agent Keith Moses said the passenger"has used the toilet twice, once to pre-takeoff as the flight is delayed on the ground and a second time in flight."

His behavior has prompted a search in the bathroom and an element of "suspicious" was found, Moses said. It would not comment on the element except to say that it was "non-explosive linked.".

The flight, which had 115 people on board, was hijacked at the Nashville International Airport at 1: 10 pm E.T.

Officers of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Working Group of joint FBI and airport police terrorism met the plane at the door in Nashville. Passengers were ordered out of the aircraft and pass by security screening while police investigated the aircraft, said the spokesman for the Nashville International Airport Emily Richard.

The suspicious passenger was detained, interrogated by the authorities and cleared for the flight. It is not responsible for any wrongdoing and his identity was not released.

The flight continued to Baltimore in Nashville at 3: 55 p.m. E.T.

Navy Medic suspected of writing a bomb threat forced an evacuation of high school in California on Wednesday handed over to the authorities, Master Sergeant Mark Oliva, a Camp Pendleton spokesman confirmed to Fox News.

The suspect, Daniel P. Morgan, 22, was stationed at nearby Camp Pendleton, but he was considered AWOL after does to work Wednesday morning. The authorities immediately searched his home located off of the base and say, they discovered the writings which indicate that he may have placed some explosive devices in or around San Clemente high school, the target referred.

At 08: 45 local time autour the alleged bomb threat was discovered by Corps of the marines at Camp Pendleton, the base said in a statement. The camp said that he is working with the authorities on the investigation.

No charges against Morgan were filed, again that the authorities pursue the investigation.

While the authorities have found no explosives on an initial scan of the school, and nothing was stolen from Camp Pendleton, they said they take seriously the threats.

Around noon on Wednesday, Jim Armorino, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff Department said that the campus is secure. Students have since been removed to return home.

"It could have access to explosive devices," Amormino said Fox News.

"We all available sniffer dogs here to Research County bomb parts", he said.

All of the student body was evacuated to the stage after it has been determined safe. The school has 3 200 students. The military base is a couple of miles from the high school.

San Clemente High School Principal George Duarte issued a statement Wednesday welcoming the efforts of the people involved so that students and parents that the school would be in session Thursday, after the clear all on the campus by application of the Act.

It was not known if Morgan had any prior relationship with high school.
